Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering an account and using the Dimkoo website. By registering and clicking the "I agree" checkbox, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration and Responsibility

• You must be at least **18 years old** to register and use Dimkoo services.
• You agree to provide **accurate, complete, and current** information during the registration process (Name, Email, Phone, etc.).
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the **confidentiality** of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Your account requires **email verification** to be fully activated and operational.

2. User Content and Posting Rules

• All advertisements and content you submit must be **lawful** and comply with all applicable local and international laws.
• **Prohibited Content:** You must not post content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or infringes upon any intellectual property rights (like copyright).
• Dimkoo reserves the right to **remove, modify, or reject** any content or advertisement at any time without prior notice if it violates these T&C.
• You grant Dimkoo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content you post on the platform.

3. Transactions and Liability Limitation

• Dimkoo is a platform for classified ads and is **not involved** in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers.
• Dimkoo shall **not be liable** for any loss, damage, or dispute arising out of or in connection with any transaction conducted between users.
• The use of the service is at your **sole risk**. We provide the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

4. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Your submission of personal information is governed by our separate **Privacy Policy**, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions.

5. Changes to Terms

Dimkoo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will post the revised terms on the website, and they will become effective immediately. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
